However, please note that all of our interpreters are carefully vetted and have to meet the following criteria before we consider registering them with us:
- They have to be fluent in English and their native language.
- Interpreters must have appropriate qualifications, with an excellent level of literacy in both languages.
- They must have the relevant experience.
- All references are thoroughly checked.
- They are also required to provide an Enhanced CRB disclosure.
- They are all provided with our code of conduct and confidentiality agreement when they join our company and must adhere to this.
About Our Translators
We are constantly recruiting translators in all languages to meet the needs of our customers.

Before we hire a translator, they must undergo a thorough check and must meet the following standards:
- Translators must provide us with proof of qualifications from a recognised institute.
- They are required to have demonstrable work experience in an appropriate discipline and MUST provide examples of work carried out for reputable organisations.
- They are all provided with our code of conduct and confidentiality agreement when they join our company and must adhere to this.
- We carry out an extensive program of assessing the work done by our translators, with the help of language examiners.
