How to use the telephone interpreting service

If you are not registered with us, please email or telephone us on +44(0)844 482 0471 to register or alternatively go to our online registration page.

If you are already registered with us and need to use our telephone interpreting service, please call us on +44(0)844 482 0471. You will need to tell us:

• Your ID code and name.
• Your telephone number.
• The language required.
• The name and telephone number of the client.

Once we have this information, we will connect you with the appropriate interpreter so you can brief them on what you require. We will then contact the client and connect you and the interpreter. All conversations are strictly confidential.
