Prime Production Limited is able to provide its customers with a telephone interpreting service, which is increasing massively in its demand.
Our telephone interpreting service connects you to a qualified interpreter within minutes. We can currently connect up to five people together for any one conference call. This service is particularly useful in emergency situations where a client may be overseas and also where the information to be interpreted is brief, as it is a cost effective service to use.
Prime Production Limited offers telephone interpreting in all the languages we offer face to face interpreting and translations and applies the same high standards of quality to this service.
Easy and accessible, the service can be used twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week from any location with any type of telephone.
How to use the telephone interpreting service
If you are not yet registered with us, please email or telephone us on +44(0)844 482 0471 to register. You can also go to our registration page and fill in all the information required.
If you are already registered with us and need to use our telephone interpreting service, please call us on +44(0)844 482 0471. The information we will need from you includes:
- Your ID code and name.
- Your telephone number.
- The language required.
- The name and telephone number of the client.
Once we have this information, we will telephone the appropriate interpreter and connect you to them so you can brief them on what you need explained to the client. We will then contact the client and connect them to you and the interpreter.
All conversations are dealt with in the strictest confidence. We have a confidentiality agreement in place with all of our interpreters and translators.
