Translation Services

At Prime Production Limited we only use translators who hold an internationally recognised qualification. They are all vetted and have a minimum of five years experience. Our translators have signed a Confidentiality Agreement and have Indemnity Insurance. The company is ISO 9001-2008 registered and has a ISO 14001 certificate. This gives you the assurance that we are quality controlled by a government body and we have impeccable green credentials. We are data protected and are members of the Association of Translation Companies and American Translators Association. All information on our computer is backed up, stored and locked. We use an FTP website, which is a secure system to ensure all documents reach the correct destination. We also use Translation Memory to ensure documents are consistent and this system can help you save money by reducing repetition and duplication.

At Prime Production Limited all of our customers get the personal touch. We have dedicated Account Managers who will advise and guide you through the whole process of getting your job done to the highest standard and best possible price. Our repeat business comes from giving value at every level.

We try to make things easy for our customers. Once your request is completed we will take a word count, make a deadline agreement and discuss your format requirements before we agree a price. We welcome urgent requests. The procedure is quick and simple.

All translated documents are proofread by an independent second native proof reader. This gives you peace of mind that your documents are being dealt with to the highest professional standard. We will not accept any jobs which we feel will not meet this criteria.
