Our translators have a wealth of experience. They are qualified professionals with a Masters Degree or an Institute of Linguist Qualification. They are all thoroughly vetted; CRB police checked and have a minimum 5 years experience. They must sign a Confidentiality Agreement and have Indemnity Insurance. We are ISO 9000 registered and have obtained the ISO 14001 certificate. This means we are quality controlled by a government body and environmental friendly. We are data protected and members of the Association of Translation Companies. All information on our computer is backed up, stored and locked.

Translation Requests  

Prime Production Limited takes pride in dealing with our client’s individual needs. No job is too small or too big. One of our strengths is that a client is given a dedicated Accounts Manager and upon receiving your request a booking form will be completed with their help. A word count will be taken, a deadline agreed and any format requirements discussed before a quote is given and agreed upon. Urgent requests are welcome. You can download a booking form here.

Once we have received a translated document back from our translator, it is proofread by an independent second native speaking translator. At no time will any work be handed back to a client without proofreading. We will not accept any jobs which we feel we are unable to translate to the highest standard.
